Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. Walk-ins are not accepted. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the time to another entrepreneur who may be waiting for support. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may limit your ability to book future sessions. Late Arrival Policy To respect the time of our staff and community: If you arrive more than 11 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled You will have the option to reschedule for a different day Sessions will not be extended beyond the scheduled time Waitlist Policy If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, it will be offered to waitlisted participants in the order requests were received You will be notified by email if a space becomes available Additional Notes: Black Women Vend provides educational and technical assistance services.
